RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for supporting our small business!

Here at Love Your Demons, we want to make sure that you love our products as much as we do so if you're not totally obsessed with your purchase, no problem!

We offer a 30-day return policy (which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return) for a full refund (minus shipping and tax).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any damages from makeup stains, rips, holes, snags, pilling or smells from soap, perfume, lotion, deodorant, smoking, animals, etc.


How to Return/Exchange

To start a return or an exchange, send us an email at hello@shoploveyourdemons.com with the order # in the subject line and provide the items you'd like to return or exchange in the body of the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your request is approved, please purchase a label from usps.com or in-person at your local post office & ship your item within 5 days to:

The sender is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. For the fastest & most efficient return/exchange process, please include your order number somewhere in/on your package. 

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and you receive a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund (minus tax and shipping) will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages

Love Your Demons is not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Once your items have left our warehouse & begun tracking, it is completely out of our hands. As a small business, we cannot take on the liability of carriers losing our packages & not reimbursing us for them. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the parcel carrier indicated on your tracking number.

Reserved Rights

Love Your Demons reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

  • Threatening language, cyberbullying or harassment
